By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate, improve, and secure the puzzle experience:

                      Account Information: When you sign in using Apple ID, Google, or Facebook, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture. Used for account creation, identity verification, and cross-device progress sync.

                      Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID): Collected to prevent fraud, ensure ad safety, and deliver relevant in-app advertisements.

                      IP Address: Used to assess general region, maintain server security, and prevent abuse.

                      Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, system language, time zone, network type, session timestamps, and App version.

                      Gameplay & Log Data: Puzzle attempts, completion speed, success rate, hint usage, feature interactions, and crash/error logs. Used to fix bugs, balance difficulty, and enhance performance.

                      Installed Apps (with consent): Our ad SDK may request installed app data on first launch. You may decline without affecting core gameplay. We do not access or store this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

                      Provide and maintain core puzzle gameplay, progress saving, and achievement tracking.

                      Optimize stability, responsiveness, and visual layout across devices.

                      Deliver non-intrusive, personalized advertisements and optional reward tasks.

                      Respond to your support inquiries and resolve technical issues.

                      Notify you of important App, policy, or term updates.

                      Detect cheating, fake accounts, and abuse of in-app systems.

                      Analyze usage trends to develop new levels and features.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited situations:

                      With trusted ad partners to enable personalized advertising (using IDFA/GAID only).

                      With authorized service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting) bound by confidentiality agreements.

                      When required by law, regulation, court order, or government request.

                      In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; the new party will follow this Privacy Policy.

                      In anonymized, aggregated form that cannot identify you personally.

4. Data Security

We protect your information using industry-standard safeguards:

                      TLS 1.3 encryption for data transmission between your device and our servers.

                      AES‑256 encryption for stored personal data.

                      Strict access controls limited to authorized personnel only.

                      Regular security audits and system updates to reduce risk.

While we maintain strong protection, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

                      Account and gameplay data: kept while your account is active.

                      After deletion request: personal data is deleted immediately.

                      Non‑identifiable fraud‑prevention data: retained up to 6 months.

                      Anonymized analytics: retained for product improvement.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:

Please include your registered email for verification. We will process and confirm deletion within 14 business days. Deleted progress, levels, and achievements cannot be recovered.

7. Log Data

When the App crashes or errors occur, we collect Log Data via third‑party tools. This includes IP address, device model, OS version, error state, time, and technical details. Used only to diagnose and fix problems. No personal identity is included.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The App does not use first‑party cookies. Third‑party SDKs (ads, analytics) may use cookies or similar identifiers to improve services. You can disable cookies in device settings, though some ad features may be affected.

With your permission, we may access contacts briefly for fraud prevention and friend invites. If you revoke permission, stored contact data is deleted within 3 business days.

9. Third‑Party Services

The App may include links or integrations to third‑party platforms. These third parties have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before taking effect. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
